How do I sync my data across devices?expand_more

Delta automatically syncs your data when you're connected to the internet. Simply sign in with the same Apple ID on all your devices. Your workouts, routines, and progress will sync in the background.

Does Delta work offline?expand_more

Yes! Delta is built offline-first. You can log workouts, create routines, and view your entire history without an internet connection. All changes sync automatically when you're back online.

How do I delete my account?expand_more

Go to Profile > Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data including workouts, routines, progress photos, and personal records within 30 days.

How accurate are the calorie estimates?expand_more

Delta uses a research-backed formula combining training volume, MET values specific to each exercise category, and your body weight. For the most accurate results, make sure to set your body weight in the app. Note that all calorie estimates for strength training are approximations.

Can I export my workout data?expand_more

Yes. Go to Profile > Settings > Data > Export Data. You can export your complete workout history, personal records, and body measurements.
