By downloading, installing, or using Delta ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Delta is an AI-powered fitness tracking application that provides workout tracking, routine management, progress analytics, and personalized training recommendations. The App is provided by Celerise ("we", "us", "our").

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Celerise and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App (workout data, photos, notes). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App.

7. Health Disclaimer

Delta is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The App's AI recommendations, calorie estimates, and workout suggestions are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celerise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, or loss of profits.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
