Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Delta ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Delta is an AI-powered fitness tracking application that provides workout tracking, routine management, progress analytics, and personalized training recommendations. The App is provided by Harun Can Demirkıran ("we", "us", "our").

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate any person or entity

Delta offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Delta Premium") that unlock additional features. Core tracking works without a subscription.

• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Price & period. The available plans, their durations, and prices are shown in the App on the purchase screen before you confirm. Prices may change; where required, we will notify you in advance.
• Managing & cancelling. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal anytime in your device's App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Processing & refunds. Subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed via RevenueCat. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms; we do not process payments or refunds directly.

Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the App.

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are the exclusive property of Harun Can Demirkıran and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App (workout data, photos, notes). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the App.

Delta is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

The App's AI recommendations, calorie estimates, and workout suggestions are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harun Can Demirkıran shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App — including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, or loss of profits.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
