1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account Information

Name, email address, and Apple ID information when you sign in.

Workout Data

Exercise logs, sets, reps, weights, workout duration, routines, and personal records you create within the App.

Body Data

Body measurements, progress photos, and body weight data you choose to provide.

Device Information

Device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and optimization.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App
  • Sync your data across your devices
  • Generate personalized AI training recommendations
  • Calculate statistics, progress analytics, and personal records
  • Send important service notifications
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using industry-standard security measures:

  • Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring only you can access your data
  • All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Progress photos and media are stored in private, access-controlled storage buckets
  • Authentication tokens are stored securely in your device's Keychain
  • The App works offline-first, keeping your data on your device with background sync

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only in these cases:

  • With your consent: When you choose to share workouts or profile information publicly
  • Service providers: Cloud infrastructure providers (Supabase, Cloudflare) who process data on our behalf
  • Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Export your workout data
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently delete all your personal data, workout history, and media within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

Delta is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or via email.
